If you receive an offer of admission from Summer Session, please submit the required documentation to your Application Status page as early as possible, as it may take some time to obtain certain required documents. In addition to accepting the offer, you will need to provide the following to secure your spot in the program:
Step 1: Reply to Your Offer of Admission
| Reply to Offer of Admission |
Students must log in to their Application Status Page and complete the Reply to Offer form. After you accept the offer, all acceptance forms will appear in the Application Status page. Parents will also have a set of acceptance forms to review and sign in the Parent Portal. (Parents, please monitor your email for a unique link to your Parent Portal.) Be mindful of your deadline to complete all items below. |

There will be a separate process to waive Cardinal Care after your spot in the program is secured. |
| Emergency Contact Information | Provide emergency contact information. |

| Visa Requirements (International students only) |
Provide a copy of your passport clearly displaying all information. Passport must be valid through November 1, 2026. |
