The bill is typically posted on the 25th of every month and due on the 20th of the following month. This year, the bill is scheduled to be posted on 5/24/24, 6/25/24, and 7/25/24. Payments will be due on 6/20/24, 7/20/24, and 8/20/24.

The first bill notification typically reflects a majority of the overall cost for the summer which consists of tuition, campus fees, housing fees, dining fees, and health insurance .The following two bill notifications will display any adjustments made to tuition, meal plans, or housing arrangements, Cardinal Print charges, or lost keys.
There are no installments or payment plans for the summer quarter. All bills are expected to be paid in full
by its due date. Any remaining balance on your account will be subject to a late fee.
*Note: Although not part of the Summer quarter bills, some students may receive a fourth bill due to fees processed at the end of the summer program such as printing or rekeying charges.
As a reminder, if your full payment is not received by the published due date, a late payment penalty of 1% of the amount past due may be assessed. Anticipated aid (aid that has been accepted but not disbursed) will reduce the total amount due prior to late fees being applied.
If your payment is more than 30 days past due, a financial hold will be placed on your student account and will block future enrollment and diplomas. For more information, see Delinquent Accounts on the university bulletin.
