| Awaiting Submission | An application has been started, but not completed, or the application fee has not been received. The applicant still needs to complete, review, and submit all components of the application, including the application fee. Once the application fee is received, the application will be sent to the admissions committee. |
| Awaiting Decision | The application has been submitted and currently under review by the admissions committee. An admission decision will be available in the applicant’s Application Portal on the decision release date. |
| Decided | An admission decision is now ready to be viewed in the applicant’s Application Portal. If admitted to the program, the student must reply to the offer of admission to move into the next status. |
| Awaiting Confirmation | The student has accepted their offer of admission, but has not yet completed all of their acceptance forms. In order to move into the next status and secure their spot in the program, all acceptance forms must be completed and program fee payment received by the acceptance deadline. |
| Confirmed | The student’s spot in the program is secured, and their Stanford ID number has been emailed to them. The Application and Admission phases of the student journey is complete, and the student can prepare for the Registration and Enrollment phases. |
